Updated german localization

Hi,

I've stumbled across some untranslated stuff in the german localization
and translated it. This is the patch. Learning from the last patch, I've
gzipped it so googlemail shouldn't destroy everything :-)

I'd vote for: "go ahead" - do it. It's not that much text to translate.
