Updated SM-1.4.15 Chinese translation

I emailed Dongsheng Song the diff file on May 25 and haven't got any reply
yet. I've attached my version here with the SM-1.4.15 strings merged. A
tiny portion of the translations are revised according to Dongsheng Song's
work.
