I am truly amazed and delighted at all the help that we are being offered in this class for writing research papers. In the past I have written Masters level research papers at Lee, and at the Seminary, but have not been exposed to such a treasure trove of valuable information that covers virtually every aspect of research and writing. I have found useful information in all the reading assignments for Unit 9. I especially appreciate Dr. Northcutt’s “The Five-hundred Word Theme,” since I find it so difficult to compose a good thesis statement.
The power point presentation also contains a wide range of helpful information in capsule form. I have converted it from power point, to a regular outline format for my notebook. I know I will refer to it many times in the future.
