Unit 6: Reflections on the Interpretation Journal Articles
The article of James the Brasher, “The Prophet Jeremiah and exclusive loyalty you the God".
This article called me the attention because Jeremiah was faithful with God in relation the community of Judah, to the world and with his vocation.
This context shows Judah invaded by Babylonia in the years of 597-586,
At this time Jeremiah was an instrument of God, had that to face false Hananiah prophet and its compatriots. But Jeremiah remained faithful the God.
During the reading of this article we notice that Jeremiah was cited as somebody that has big harmony and relationship with God,
Jeremiah has authority of God in the terrible context, pointing the sin and idolatry of Judah that were cause of the captivity.
In this article, Jeremiah teaches that the confidence and devotion the God is very important.
Finally I believe that we are separated and need to have a word for the world and for our community. However to obtain good results, we need to have a big relationship with God in face all the adversities.
We that have the vocation for the ministry; let’s go to continue trusting in God because He is faithful.
