UI process locks at 100%

I see this happen sometimes (seemingly randomly) in the middle of a Seaside
session. Process Browser shows the UI Process at 100%. Anyone else see this?
Any idea of likely bad things in my code that would lead to this?

I'm using Damien's 3.9.1 web image.
