UFT-8 and edit Address

Hi,

Do commerce 0.9.8 supports utf8? The umlauts are encoded (ä,ü, etc) like as
ü => Ã ¼. If i edit an select-field wehre is the adress, then commerce
doesnt not support utf8 clearly, because he display à ¼ again. Version 0.9.6
hadnt any porblems with utf8.
