Hi, I am new to the Java and, relatively, to the programming world. I would like to know if there is someone I can always email and tell my experiences and ask for advice.

Right now I am working in a simple application. A calculator that operates numbers with uncertainty, for experimental physics. I am having a little trouble with the Strings manipulation.

I would very much appreciate a systematic help from anyone.

Thanks.

Try Sun's site for documentation, especially the Java tutorial
