Turn off the new transparent dragging of Windows

My windows have a lot of points painted and I would like to turn of the "transparent full image dragging" when a window is dragged and would like the way as it was in 6.0 where just the border of the window moved until you dropped it.

How to turn it off globally for my standalone app ?

turn it off in netbeans using options dialog and then look in <user
dir>/config/Preferences and see which preferences have changed

Thanx - I will do this when I am back on 6.1.  Currently I had to go back to 6.0 due to some strange connection problems in the 6.1 version of the Database Explorer API which I yet had no time to debug .

turn it off in netbeans using options dialog and then look in <user dir>/config/Preferences and see which preferences have changed
