Turn off the new transparent dragging of Windows

My windows have a lot of points painted and I would like to turn of the "transparent full image dragging" when a window is dragged and would like the way as it was in 6.0 where just the border of the window moved until you dropped it.

How to turn it off globally for my standalone app ?
