Trouble with the Menu

	Trouble with the Menu by JennOCU :: Rate this Message: Reply to Author \| View Threaded \| Show Only this Message I have been using the software for a while now and have had no problem, until today. When I click on the menu, parts of it are grayed out so I cannot use them. And of course, one that is grayed out I really need for my huge mailing list. Any ideas why?

Some of the menu items are grayed out and not accessible. It does not show up as being disabled in the MSExcel About menu. Any other thoughts?

If you have activated license successfully, and still have the menu grayed out, try close Excel and start again, see if DigDB loads up automatically. If you haven't been able to activate trial license, email us.
