Toad 4 Oracle 9.6.0.31 - Incomplete QAIT installation detected!

A few months ago I upgraded to 9.6. Didn't note any issues at the time
but today tried to optimize some sql and got the following error:
Incomplete QAIT installation detected! C:\Documents and Setting\All
Users\Appication Data\Quest Software\QAIT\features.Xml

The referenced QAIT directory appears to be located at C:\Program
Files\Common Files\Quest Shared\QAIT but doesn't contain a
features.Xml file.

Figured I check in with the group before going to formal support -
Thoughts on correcting this???
