Tika board report is due Real Soon Now

Hi,

According to http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/ReportingSchedule Tika
must report this month, could someone create a report and add it to
http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/July2008 ?

The last report at http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/April2008 can be
used as an example.

  * Tika community remains relatively small, with just a handful of
active members

  * Work towards Tika 0.2 continues, Chris Mattman has volunteered to
be the release manager

Issues before graduation:

  * Increase the size and diversity of the community (or graduate into
a Lucene subproject?)
