Throbber size - a matter of time ?

Hi,

With the patch applied previously for the throbber size, it seems we also have
the inverse problem. Look at the vertical space that is being thrown away
because of the big icon (between the menu bar and the main toolbar).

Yes, the problem still hasn't been fixed.

I seem to have a 22x22 throbber with all sizes for the Menu font.
