Three button emulation on Active TCL 8.5

I have installed Active TCL 8.5 and GRASS 6.4 as suggested.  They are  
working.  But I don't now if they solved the problem with snapping  
nodes.  I can't get the three button mouse emulation to work and can't  
find where to set it.
