I don't understand what is wrong with the program, this happened twice already. our last months sales and bank balances did not appear on this month's page.

What is wrong here?

Please help and hoping for quick response.

Glenn,

If you can list the way to your problem step-by-step, ie:

1. click Sales Report
2. Click Print PDF
3. PDF appears but is blank

etc etc.

We can can try to duplicate the problem on our systems and see where
the problem lies.

thanks,
Murray

Sorry for a very late reply on this. My problem is in General Ledger. All of our entries for the month of June did not forward to the month of July (No Balance Forwarded) and it seems that we are experiencing the same problem again July entries did not forward to the month of August. I hop you can help us here. Thank you...

Glenn,

There wont be a balance brought forward in your July figures, but if
you were to run a TB for June and July, you should find the totals are
right, or am I misunderstanding your problem?

Should it suppose to forward to the succeeding month? What about the bank balances? Let's say last month we have xxx, xxx.xx in Bank A then here comes a new month and Balance sheets is showing us no figure in Bank A. I hope you can specify what I am missing.

Thanks a lot for the reply.
