The translations for SquirrelMail 1.4.15 are branched

I've just branched the translations for SquirrelMail 1.4.15. Please send
in any updates before 2008-06-27 if you want them in the next language
pack release.

Thank you for your translations. I've committed them to the trunk in the
repository, but since Latvian isn't supported in SquirrelMail 1.4.15
(unless patched) I'm not sure if I should add them to that branch or not.
I have, however, activated support for Latvian in SquirrelMail 1.4.16 and
your translations will be part of that branch as well.

Latvian people would surely appreciate if you add it. The patch is quite
trivial, so that's no major problem.

I was thinking of adding Latvian with a link to the patch in the release
notes unless I get any objections.
