Hello,
i want use Oxygen Icons at my forum. It`s free, i don`t want pay. What i must
include with it?

the icons are lgpl v3+ so if you state somewhere on the forum (possibly in an
about section) that they are free software and attribute copyright to us etc,
that should be fine. See the COPYING file for the text to use.
