I read somewhere that she used to do ballet before she got into acting. Perhaps in her training as a dancer she learned a lot about how to keep fit. I hope that she has a happy birthday!

Gosh, it's hard to believe, isn't it? She looks incredible. If I can look that good at sixty I'll be perfectly happy.

If I can look even half as good as she does when I'm 60, I'll be grateful. She does look fantastic. "Old" my arse; anybody who calls her "old" deserves the nasty horrible fates that happen to them within ten minutes of doing so ^___~ Clearly the Universe says "Don't you diss my Sarah Jane Smith!" XD

And yeah, actually, its true about the sunscreen and avoiding the sun. It really does affect how you look later in life.

I showed my friend a recent picture of Lis the day and asked her to guess how old Lis was. She guessed 45.
She couldn't believe it when I told her Lis was nearly 60.
She's stunning, some people don't look that good at 40, never mind 60.

She clearly has a fountain of youth in her back garden.

but she did used to smoke and that can damge the skin, also she may have had some work done, i dont think she has but some people do, but anyway if she has it was bloody good work.

I'll probably watch some episodes of hers and have a few drinks, maybe cake too.

Am I correct in thinking that Elisabeth's 60th birthday is approaching. Next Friday, is it not? How will everyone be celebrating?

And doesn't she look fantastic. I'd love to look like that at 60 but I don't look as good as that now so I have no hope. I have a theory about why she does look great, apart from the obvious good genes. Two reasons why she looks so young.
1. She's never put on weight to any degree. That always stretches the skin and if you lose it again you get more wrinkly.
2. She's probably spent most of her life indoors and when outdoors.....well we all know that England has no sun so therefore no aging from sun damage. LUcky woman.
