The "Help" in ClassDesigner.py - how to get rid of it?

When you click on Help in ClassDesigner.py an "About Dabo" box pops
up, quite normal.  However there seems to be no way to get rid of it,
how can I close it and get control back to the main window?

Oh, and what does the "Copy Info" button do?  It doesn't seem to copy
anything to the clipboard.

Click on the Close button for the form.

Really? What platform are you running on?

We use that as a handy way for people reporting problems to get the
version information for their installation.

Did you try to click the "X" in the upper right corner of the About
window? Another way to close the window is Alt-F4.

Copying to the clipboard works for me under linux.

???  :-)

There isn't a close button.  What pops up when I click on help is a
blue window with a violet pane in the middle (where the Dabo version
etc. appear).  It only has the "Copy Info" button at the bottom right
and nothing else, certainly no Close button.

Linux, Fedora 8, fvwm window manager.

Yes, I guessed that's what it's supposed to do.

No title bar on the pop-up window, hence no buttons there.  Alt-F4
just iconises the pop-up, since it's a modal box that's not much help,
I still can't get input to the main Dabo window.

What on earth have I done to it then?  :-)

No title bar, so no close functionality?
For me Alt-F4 closes the about-window instead of iconising it.
Maybe you should use a different window manager.

Maybe you have a misconfigured (broken?) window manager - i don't know.
I do not know enough about fvwm.

OK, I guess it must be fvwm then. On Mac, Windows and Gtk, all the
windows have a title bar with a close button in it. Guess I'll have to
add one onto the form.

OK, I've updated the code to add an 'OK' button that closes the form.
And while looking through the code, I discovered that pressing Enter
or Space will also dismiss the form.

I don't think so, I've been using fvwm for *years*, it's much more
'mature' than what comes by default with Gnome or KDE.  Nothing else
has had any problems with it either.

Now it *could* be that I've misconfigured something but it seems
unlikely to me.

The only thing I can think of is that Dabo's Help window has an odd
name which happens to be similar to somethig else that I'm handling in
a special way.

No, that doesn't make sense.  All my windows have, by default, a title
bar with a close button.  There are just some special windows
(selected by their window name) which have the title bar turned off.
This is rather like the Gnome-panel for example.

So I have 'NoTitle' set for windows with the following names:-

    Style "Fvwm*"        NoTitle, Sticky, WindowListSkip
    Style "astime"       NoTitle, NoHandles, Sticky
Style "Top Panel"    NoTitle, Sticky, StaysOnTop
    Style "Reminders"    NoTitle, NoHandles, Sticky

... but it seems a bit unlikely that Dabo windows would match any of
those names.

Now that there is a OK-button in the About dialog even people running
fvwm can close it. ;-)

Yup, Enter and Space both work, that's fine by me.
