TempoClock can be copied! Ack!

TempoClock.default === TempoClock.default.copy

That seems really bad to me, almost as bad as copying a routine. I'm surprised I didn't get weird crashes.

Any objection to adding this?

Actually I think we need deepCopy and shallowCopy as well.
