Tabs compatability problems with IE7 and OperaSo, for a while I've been plugging away creating writing tons of Javascript utilizing jQuery, and viewing it in firefox because that's my primary browser. Today I test it in Opera 9 and IE7 and I notice....the tabs functionality doesn't even work at all! My site in IE7 and Opera looks the same as it does if you disable Javascript in Firefox I noticed, however, that the tabs example in the jQuery wiki doesn't work AT ALL in Opera either. So I'm leaning towards ruling out "my code is just bad" Without asking people to pore through hundreds of lines of my code I'll just ask a simpler question: Are there any known issues with Opera and/or IE7? Is it common for tabs not to work in those? If so, what's the typical solution? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "jQuery UI" group. Re: Tabs compatability problems with IE7 and OperaI'm not personally aware of any issues -- I've used tabs in IE7, FF and Opera without problems. Also, the tabs example in the Wiki works fine in IE7 for me. http://docs.jquery.com/UI/Tabs Is your site public? Can you post a link to see it in action? Re: Tabs compatability problems with IE7 and OperaI noticed a problem viewing the http://docs.jquery.com/UI/Tabs today with IE7. I didn't see this problem at work yesterday when reviewing that page. The only difference is my operating system, I was on MicorsoftXP and now I'm on Vista. Could that possible be a clue?
