TWAMP reference implementation

Hi,
   I wanted to inquire if there are any reference implementations being developed for TWAMP?   It would be great if there is an open source one.   Also, is there going to be any interoperability bake-off in the near future?

I have seen nothing on that subject. Now that the RFC is almost
published, it would be a great thing. Is anyone working on it?
