Can the Google calendar plugin be used to sync secondary calendars? If so, which url format should one use?
For those who don't know what a secondary calendary is: (from
http://code.google.com/apis/calendar/developers_guide_protocol.html)
A primary calendar is created for a user when they sign up
for a Google Calendar account. All other calendars created by that user
are called secondary calendars. Imported calendars are calendars that a
user subscribes to that someone else has created.
