Well, not too much interesting news to report about my track day
yesterday at Summit Point. I borrowed a CBR 1000RR Repsol edition and
turned a few laps. The track surface on main is a mess but I still
had a good time. I have no idea what my lap times were, but I had fun!
It was pretty hot out, but the humidity was tolerable and there was a
slight breeze the entire day.
I declined offers of a few different 1098's because I have experience
with 1000RR's on the track, so I decided to stick with the Honda.
Looking forward to VIR Full in 10 days!
