Summer of Code 2008

Hi,

Looks like PHP will be participating in the Summer of Code again this  
year. This might be a good opportunity to get a student to work on  
some aspect of PHP-GTK. Both Elizabeth and myself are willing to be  
mentors - we've put up a couple of ideas on http://wiki.php.net/gsoc/2008#php-gtk 
. I'll also be putting up a news item on our front page shortly.

If you know someone suitable who will be eligible to participate,  
please encourage them to send in an application!
