Suggestion for upcoming 4.5

Hi Apaprajita,

Ajax being more and more used by everyone, I suggest some changes to the
Batch library makelinks that i have applied for myself in the current
library (will send it to you privately if you wish) :

1 Allow for "&" as query parms separator (required by ajax),

2. allow for additional attributes to be added to the anchor tags (ie.
target to allow the use of content loading in DOM objects when a batch is
clicked rather the entire page).

I have also introduced the ability to not only add a class to each of the
batch elements but also styles directly. But this only of inerest fo me I
assume as the code is dynamically generated by my CMS.
