Hi Lindsay,
It is likely a problem with Komodo not correctly detecting the
repository. Here are a couple of things to check/try:
1. Ensure the Komodo SCC->Subversion preferences are right and that the
svn executable path is correct.
2. Right click on one of the project folders that you know is under svn
and then choose the "Refresh Status" option.
3. Check the Komodo "SCC Output" tab to see if there are any errors
being generated when Komodo is running the scc status checking.
4. Check the Komodo error log to see if anything unexpected has occurred:

this in order to further track down the problem (include the svn
version, repo typo, etc...).
