	<title>I am using speex codec and not getting good result on ARM processor</title>

	<content type="html">I am using Linux viper 2.6.11.11 ARM processor, speex-1.1.12 and build it with --enable-fixed-point option and build jvoiplib with speex option.
&lt;br&gt;the follwing parameter I have evaluate ..
&lt;br&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; int val = 2;
&lt;br&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; int quality = 8;
&lt;br&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; int complexity = 3;
&lt;br&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; int vbr_enabled=0;
&lt;br&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; bitrate=8000;
&lt;br&gt;&amp;nbsp;while testing on intel giving me the good result (not perfect) , the same i have compiled for ARM giving me the very bad noise, delay and following message are repeated

&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I think there there is problem in decoder , it not decoding the stream perfectly
