Small bug in fr_whatsnew.html

docs/fr_whatsnew.html contains the following:

 Firebird 2.1: Detect when the equals sign (=) is be used instead of
 DEFAULT

I think 'be' should be either removed or replaced with 'being'.

Of course, I am not a native English speaker so apply with a grain of
salt.

It's a typo, I wrote that item 2 or 3 times before settling of the
final shape and I obviously forgot to delete 'be'.
I fixed it now.
