Showing More Than Ten ItemsWhen I click on my Tomboy application launcher in my toolbar, it shows me a list of the 10 most recently accessed items. I have a total of 16 notes, but I need quick access to all but 2 of them during the course of a normal day. Getting to to the notes that I accessed "older than 10 clicks" ago requires me to click on Search All Notes, and then find the note in the list in the pop-up. I can't find any way to configure Tomboy to display more than 10 notes in the drop-down for quick access. I've also done some searching around the documentation, and the Internet in general, and I've come up empty. Is there a way to have Tomboy display more then 10 items? Re: Showing More Than Ten ItemsThere is a 'hidden' GConf preference which can be changed with a tool
like gconf-editor. The key you are looking for is /apps/tomboy/menu_note_count. The pin icon keeps a note in the menu even if it's not new. It's kind of hard to get into the situation where you've pinned more notes than can fit in the menu...
