Session manager - entry of users and email

As a Session manager, you need to enter each user's name and email address that you want to join the session.
The email address is used to create a password so  the user can log in.
The name is used to identify each person in the Managers menu.

Handy Hint :
Enter the email address FIRST, and you'll see that the name field is automatically populated.
