Seek plug-in features request

I applaud the Thunderbird add-on "seek", I have found it very helpful
and superior to the search box.
Some 'seek' features that would be nice:
1. Retention of indexes (inbox, sent and local folders)
2. Indexing multiple folders (I filter messages to annual folders that
would be nice to span and seek together)
3. Ability to add 'seek' to Mailman Archive web pages (like
http://simile.mit.edu/mail/SummarizeList?listId=10)
4. Automatic index option (skip confirm 'start indexing')
5. Split 'to/cc' for working with 'sent' messages to see specific
messages from me 'to' a recipient and not 'cc' that recipient.
Nice work David!
Thanks, Wade

Hi Wade,

Those are great suggestions! Actually I really want all of those
features for myself!

There are good news and bad news. Bad news is that those features
require a lot of engineering given Thunderbird 2.0's architecture. Good
news is that the Thunderbird folks themselves like what they see in
Seek, and for version 3.0 they are going to add certain native features
that will make implementing these features a lot easier.

David
