Scriptaculous integration

hi all,

I worked on Scriptaculous integration in Aida/Web yesterday. You can
load the code from the SqueakSource repository:
http://mc.bioskop.fr/Aida , but remember that it is not stable yet.

If you just want to see some example, I made a demo (with source code to
show how it works):
