Save file on frame deactivation

Hi All

I would like to know if there is any way to enable Auto Saving of files on (main) Frame deactivation i.e. when I switch between applications the Netbeans frame gets deactivated that event could be used to save any changed files.

Intellij Idea has this feature which I so much miss in NetBeans and has frustrated me thousands of times.

I haven't looked at the NetBeans source code, but any pointers where to look at will be highly appreciated so that I can myself patch it.
