Sanyo SCP-3200 Patch

Patch for initial support for Sanyo SCP-3200.

Works (but not fully tested):
Media files (photos) Read
Todo Read
Calendar Read
Call History Read


I'm trying to get the phone book working, but the code from the other Sanyo phones only reads blank entries.  If anyone wants to help me out, please contact me.

Thanks for posting your patches.

I have checked in your code.  I set it up so that it will only be available when BitPim is run from source.  (See where I put your lines in __init__.py.)

I did make some changes to avoid code duplication.  It inherits from the 3100 instead of the 8300 now.  It is likely that I broke something in doing that.

Have you tried the phonebook protocols that the Katana (SCP-6600) uses?  It is quite different from other Sanyo models.
