The migration of Sakai's Jira and Confluence services has been
completed. They are once again available for use. You may experience
some weirdness over the next 24-hours as DNS entries and re-directs are
updated to the services new location at Berkeley.
Thanks to everyone at the University of Arizona and the University of
California Berkeley for making the migration a success.

Subject: Sakai Jira/Confluence Migration Thursday 24-Jul-2008
Later this week we will be migrating Sakai's Jira and Confluence
services from their current location at the University of Arizona to the
University of California, Berkeley. During the switch-over services
will be unavailable from Noon-9:00PM Eastern US time, Thursday, 24 July
2008, due to the large amount of data that needs to be migrated.
Thanks to the University of Arizona, and in particular Duffy Gillman and
Sean Galyen, for hosting Jira and Confluence for the Sakai community
over the last couple years. And, thanks to the University of
California, Berkeley, for volunteering to take on hosting of these
services for the community going forward. We also plan to upgrade Jira
and Confluence a few weeks after this initial migration is completed,
which will also likely require a similar lengthy down-time. I'll have
more details on that at a later date.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
