* Added Buffer:normalize method. This enables the previously unnoticed "normalize" and "wnormalize" b_gen commands on the server.
* Updated the aforementioned commands - added user choice of new maximum, and avoided unnecessary no-op
* Slight rewrite of Buffer helpfile intro, also added normalize method to the help and added lots of HTML crosslinks
