What's the Rspec status after feature freeze?
i.e., do we still need to use a .nbm?
Does the debugger work?

Is it overall usable?

Thanks

Note: there's a texmate rspec budle here:
http://www.robbyonrails.com/articles/2007/02/12/rspec-bundle-for-textmate

Can this be added manually to netbeans? Where?

No, it is bundle in default distro for 6.1.

Yes.

This is rather question for you. My answer is easily guessable :)

Only the code in the rspec module which supports running and debugging
specs.    The module also bundled all the TextMate snippets for RSpec;
that part is still in the rspec module.

The problem is that the module on the update center was still using
old 6.0-style dependencies which won't work. We need to push a new
module on the update center - the code in the repository has been
updated a while ago. I recently rev'ed the module version number which
I believe will force an update on the update center, but I have to
look into that.

And of course I should update the uploaded module on mediacast too.
Sorry, I'm really swamped with JavaOne preparations these days. In a
couple of weeks things will start getting less insane.

Tor,
What's the status of this module?
Is it 6.1 ready? does it contain the textmate bundles?
I don't want to screw my nb 6.1 install :)

Thanks,
-J

Has anyone installed this module on 6.1 at all?

Sorry to be such a nag, but the code in mediacast says:
Last update at: 2008-03-23 21:58

http://mediacast.sun.com/users/~tor/media/org-netbeans-modules-ruby-rspec.nbm/details

So my guess is that this module is still the one using 6.0 dependencies.
Since the changes for 6.1 are done and have been in the repo accoriding to Tor for over a month now, can someone please update the mediacast package?

Thanks

Hi urlwolf,
sorry - the mediacast people did something with their login stuff and
I have been unable to log in to update my account! I contacted the
support people a while back and they haven't been able to help. It's
not just about resetting the password; somehow they can't get into my
account (the main problem is that "they" aren't really supporting
mediacast).

Here's an NBM which should work; it's only 19K so it should be okay to
post on the mail alias.    In testing it I noticed that code
completion doesn't appear to include code templates anymore; I'm
looking into that.
