Retirement of Fink package manager

Hello Fink packagers,

I've been happily using Fink for supposedly 5 or more years, and I've
been maintaining some Fink packages. But I decided to switch from Fink
to pkgsrc, and I'm no longer using Fink.

For people who have permissions to commit changes, could you set the
following packages unmaintained?

- elscreen
- elscreen-w3m
- hyperestraier
- javascript-mode
- libebml
- libmatroska
- mdate
- mic-paren
- mkvtoolnix
- roguedarwin
- timidity++
- timidity-freepats
- ttaenc
- vorbisgain
- yaml-mode

The main reason for the switch is the platform independency: I
recently have started to use NetBSD as well as MacOS X, and I found
it's very convenient to make once a pkgsrc package and use it in both
NetBSD and MacOS X platforms. Although not all pkgsrc modules work
perfectly on MacOS X currently, I'm now a pkgsrc-wip developer so I
can fix them anyway.

Thanks,
PHO
