I would like to request that the following defect be approved for 4.5.1 so that we can get it into today's candidate build:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=243431 - IAC cannot start on Linux all-in-one

1. Explain why you believe this is a stop-ship defect. How does the defect manifest itself, and how will users of TPTP / consuming products be affected if the defect is not fixed?

IAC cannot be started on Linux

2. Is there a work-around? If so, why do you believe the work-around is insufficient?
No.

3. Is this a regression or API breakage? Explain.

yes

4. Does this require new API?
No.

5. Who performed the code review?
Jonathan West and Eugene Chan. (Patch created by Bing Xu)

6. Is there a test case attached to the bugzilla record?

Covered by existing testcase

7. What is the risk associated with this fix?
Low.

8. Is this fix related to any standards that TPTP adheres to? If so, who has validated that the fix continues to adhere to the standard?
No

Perhaps I missed something, but I saw these same code changes in a previously approved defect in the last week. Is this a resubmission of the change request or a copying of the code or...?
It is marked as a regression. but I didn't see any mention of that in the bugzilla.

Thanks for your time.
