Removing java.util.concurrent backport dependency

Anyway we could remove this dependency for people using newer jdks? Reflection or something?

How important is removing backport-concurrent to you?

It is done by the same people that bring us java.util.concurrent, and they believe the backport-concurrent is actually higher quality. See the concurrency mailing list.

Not really important at all, just the less dependencies the better. Definitely not high priority.
