Reminder: Choatic is now being sold in FYEs

Just a reminder:

Guys, as of today 12/15/07, Chaotic is being sold in about 750 FYEs around the country.  You can check on the new store location finder on the Chaotic Portal for an FYE or store near you that is selling the cards -- starter & booster cards.

This is the first of many big retailers that will soon be selling the cards.

FYE, Suncoast and Sam Goody are all owned by the same company so they are all very much alike. I visited two stores in my area that was listed on the ChaoticGame.com store and hobby shop locator and nither one of them had the cards (Thanks for nothing). One was a "Disk Jockey" store, the other was an FYE in the mall (which they had listed under the old Sam Goody name on their list). They did say they had gotten a memo about game and the demo decks though. The FYE near me did not get the cards in this weekend either. Bummer!

From what I understand, the plan was that ALL the FYEs on the Store Locator were supposed to have the games ON SATURDAY.  I guess something went wrong with distribution.

. . . . Yeah, I'm thinking the same thing.

Someone on the ChaoticGame.com forums said that he asked someone in the store and he said that they'll have them by Tuesday.

"Update: All FYE stores did in fact receive their stock before Saturday but they didn’t all put them out on their shelves right away for some reason. We have contacted FYE, and their headquarters has issued a memo to all FYE stores currently in possession of our cards instructing them to put the Chaotic cards on their shelves ASAP.

By Tuesday, at the latest, all stock should be in place on shelves."

Now you can get them at Target as well, I assume Wal-Mart will get them in February.
