0.7.4.0 is released, you can commit away again! Highlights of this release:

- Start conversion of tools to plugins (Tim)
- NurbsCurve and NurbsSetWeights plugins (Carsten)
- Material List panel (Alex)
- GPU bitmap add plugin (Evan (source only at this time))
- Cloth plugin (Carlos)
- MorphPoints plugin (Joaquín)
- Updated MergeMesh for all primitive types (Bart)
- Collada mesh reader (Mattia)
- Automatically disable Desktop Composition on Vista (Bart, thanks to
golden tip from Yaroukh)

That's easy money, considering all I do is type "make package" once in
a while, and Tim did all the hard work of creating the CMake files :)
