You'll need to compile it from source, and you'll need to download several other packages to do it (the install instructions are fairly complete), I've got notes somewhere. It doesn't seem to work on the Intel Macs though - at not until there's a native QT library package. It seems that two patches are needed to build from REKALL source 2.4.5 and run sucessfully. They are documented in the nabble REKALL messages: http://www.nabble.com/forum/ViewPost.jtp?post=12629505&framed=y http://www.nabble.com/forum/ViewPost.jtp?post=12646081&framed=y The first one keeps Rekall from segfaulting when opening a table (as Thomas wrote) and the second one is needed to keep from getting a compile error.
