Rekall 2.4.6 and Slackware tarballsFinally, indeed!
I will build it as soon as I can. BTW: I noticed on this page that the slackware tarballs are for the very old Slackware 9.1 or older. I am running Slackware 11.0 and created a buildscript for Rekall using MySQL. I would submit them if I knew how to do so. Let me know if you want them and how to submit them. An alternate option would be to submit them to linuxpackages.net. My Slackware tarballs do contain the buildscript and my package notes, for someone to build their own (say, with a database server other than MySQL). Girvin Herr Finally, a new release! See http://www.rekallrevealed.org/packages/ This should fix the Ubuntu 7.10 build problems (actually a problem building against KDE 3.5.8). More news shortly .... -- Regards Mike _______________________________________________ Rekall mailing list Rekall@... http://www.mailman.a-i-s.co.uk/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/rekall _______________________________________________ Rekall mailing list Rekall@... http://www.mailman.a-i-s.co.uk/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/rekall |

RekallRevealed.org is shortly to get a major overhaul for various reasons. I'd be really happy to have packages if you can do them, I can't currently build for Slakware. If you can give me a couple of weeks that would be great, in the meantime please do put them on linuxpackages > > Girvin Herr > > > Finally, a new release! Re: Rekall 2.4.6 and Slackware tarballsMike,
Ok. Not a problem. Let me know when the website is ready and how to get the Rekall Slackware packages on it. In the meantime, I will look into releasing them on linuxpackages. Take care.
