Hello Michael

Note: The current Visual C++ version is 9.0 (aka 2008), but this version
cannot be used with the octave package. However, the previous version of
the compiler can still be downloaded from

This is the place that sp1 upgrade.

VS80sp1-KB926750-X86-ENU.exe 19.0 MB
VS80sp1-KB926751-X86-INTL.exe 29.9 MB

Those are binanary for Express 2005 being that of the sp1.

Msvc Express 200x is delivered as "vcsetup.exe".
