Read picture file not working in windows

Good day all,

I use this function to add pictures to an image field. It works fine  
on Mac, but when I test it in Windows it does nothing. According to  
the 4D documentation it should work.
READ PICTURE FILE("";[tbl_inventory]Inv_Photo)

Any idea.
