thanks for reporting. I extracted to command into a separate extension
package and fixed the bug:

> I figured this out because if you sy Edit Design from the Environment
> page, the links are resolved correctly :).
Editing the design using this special command now does properly lookup
the path relative to the environment (not the current page).
