Thanks for your detailed reply, Gale.  I am just laying down a click
track and recording banjo onto it and then exporting it as .wav.  I play
banjo open-tuned to G usually, sometimes, C, D or Dm.  So, it sounds
better when the click track pitch matches the open-tuned banjo.  The
default pitch of the tempo is G#/Am, so I have to manually change it
each time I record a new track.  Whether it is precisely G is not as
important it not being Am.

I defaulted the click tempo using the method in clicktrack.ny.  I am
satisfied with it.
