Sorry it took me so long to reply...I just registered on the blog...If you are still reading I have some info...
The trails in Abilene are North of town off I20 and East lake rd.  Go about 1/2 mile N on East Lake Rd.  The trails are on the right (East) side of the road directly across the Abilene City water treatment plant and Fire Fighting Academy.  There is a small dirt road pullout on the right side of the road there.  The trails are technically "members only" and there is a locked, coded, gated fence to the entrance...You can get an anual membership at the local shop "Biketown" off South 1st st for only $15 (325-677-BIKE).  We plan on running a fun race in the near future if you want to participate.  I will post the date on this blog once it is firmed up.
